All content, features, and functionalities of the QRCompose platform, including but not limited to software, website design, branding, logos, QR code generation technology, analytics, and API integrations, are the exclusive intellectual property of QRCompose and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

2. Use of QRCompose Content

No part of QRCompose, including but not limited to the website, platform, software, marketing materials, or documentation, may be copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from QRCompose.

3. Trademark Rights

The QRCompose name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding elements are legally protected. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

4. Software & API Restrictions

Users of QRCompose are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as per the Terms and Conditions. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute QRCompose technology without prior approval.
• Use QRCompose software in a way that violates applicable copyright laws.

5. Data & Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of QR codes generated and their associated content.
• QRCompose retains the right to anonymized analytics data for service improvement.
• Any unauthorized scraping, copying, or redistribution of QRCompose-generated data is prohibited.

6. Unauthorized Use & Legal Action

Any unauthorized use of QRCompose’s intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, monetary damages, and civil or criminal liability as applicable under intellectual property laws.
