Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice

QRCompose is a product of Cloudleet ("Cloudleet", "QRCompose", "we", "our", or "us"). Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the QRCompose platform, software, website, services, and related materials are owned by Cloudleet or its licensors.

Effective Date: 12 July 2026

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All software, source code, architecture, visual designs, user interfaces, workflows, artificial intelligence systems, runtime engines, Designer, APIs, documentation, branding, logos, graphics, templates, QR technologies, event platform functionality, Guest Portal functionality, and all other components of QRCompose are protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly stated, no ownership rights are transferred to users through their use of the Services.

2. Limited Licence

Subject to compliance with the QRCompose Terms and Conditions, Cloudleet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use QRCompose solely for your own internal business or personal purposes.

This licence does not permit ownership of any part of the platform or its underlying technology.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, publish, or otherwise provide through QRCompose, including but not limited to:

• Text

• Images

• Videos

• Documents

• Logos

• Branding

• QR destinations

• Forms

• Menus

• Bookings

• Reviews

• Event content

• Public profiles

• Uploaded files

• Business information

• Customer data

You grant Cloudleet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use such content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and operate the Services.

4. QRCompose Intellectual Property

Cloudleet retains all rights, title, and interest in and to QRCompose, including but not limited to:

• The QRCompose platform

• Designer V3 and future design tools

• Runtime rendering engine

• AI assistants and orchestration framework

• AI tools and capabilities

• QR generation technologies

• Event management platform

• Guest Portal

• Digital pass and badge systems

• Networking functionality

• Analytics platform

• Workflows and automation engine

• APIs and SDKs

• Platform architecture

• Source code

• Databases

• User interface designs

• Templates

• Documentation

• Branding and trademarks

Nothing in this Notice transfers ownership of these rights to any user.

5. Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by written agreement with Cloudleet, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of QRCompose;

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the platform;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or architecture of the Services;

• Circumvent licensing, subscription, usage, security, or technical restrictions;

• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;

• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, crawl, extract, or systematically collect information from the Services;

• Use QRCompose or its APIs to create or support a competing product or service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;

• Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written permission.

6. Artificial Intelligence

QRCompose includes artificial intelligence features that assist users with creating, configuring, and managing digital experiences.

All AI systems, orchestration logic, prompts, workflows, tool execution frameworks, models developed by Cloudleet, and associated platform technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cloudleet or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to AI features and any resulting content they choose to publish, subject to the licences granted under the Terms and Conditions and applicable third-party provider terms.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, feature requests, ideas, improvements, comments, or other feedback relating to QRCompose, you grant Cloudleet a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, commercialise, publish, and incorporate such feedback into the Services without restriction or compensation.

8. Open Source Software

QRCompose may include or interact with third-party open-source software.

Such components remain subject to their respective open-source licences, and nothing in this Notice modifies or replaces those licence terms.

9. Trademarks

"QRCompose", "Cloudleet", associated logos, product names, service names, graphics, icons, and branding elements are trademarks or trade dress owned by Cloudleet unless otherwise indicated.

You may not use any of these trademarks without prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately refer to QRCompose or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

10. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material hosted through QRCompose infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify:

• The copyrighted work;

• The allegedly infringing material;

• Your contact details;

• Evidence supporting your claim.

We will investigate valid notices and take appropriate action where required by law.

11. Enforcement

Cloudleet reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law to protect its intellectual property, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, removal of infringing content, suspension or termination of accounts, and any other appropriate legal remedies.

12. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website, and the updated effective date will indicate when changes became effective.

Continued use of QRCompose following the publication of an updated Notice constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
